Return Policy

At www.campusemporium.com we strive to ensure a good customer experience with every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund up to 60 days after the initial purchase. Returns must be in their original, sellable condition in their original packaging (if applicable) with tags still attached. We will not accept clothing that has been washed, worn, or damaged through misuse. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the payment method associated with the order. Please note that depending on your credit card company, credits may take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your account. This time frame is out of our control and depends on the bank that issued your credit card.

In most cases, shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, in which case please contact us so that we can cover the shipping fees.

 

Custom Items

Custom items are created specifically for each order and are not returnable. Please review your order carefully before submission to ensure that you will be satisfied with the final product. If a custom item is incorrectly made, please contact us so that we can make the order correct.

 

Return Procedure

To return a product, please indicate on the provided packing slip the number of items that you would like to return.  The completed return packing slip and products should be shipped to

We urge you to ship via a shipping method that allows tracking of your package.  Campus Emporium cannot assume liability for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to us.

Finally, if your contact information is different from the original order, please note the change on the return packing slip in case we have any questions. Please allow up to two business days to process your refund.

 

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please return the original product to the address listed above and place a new order on our website (www.campusemporium.com).  We will process your return within two business days.

If you received an item as a gift and would prefer store credit or an exchange for size, please ship the item to us at the above address with a note containing a request for store credit or the size you want and an email or phone number where we can reach you.  Any difference in charges remains the responsibility of the customer placing the new order.  Please allow up to three business days to process an exchange in this manner.

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged or you receive a product different than what you ordered, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We may request photographs of the damaged product to assist in our claims process. Once we have verified the item is damaged or incorrect, we will ship a replacement free of charge. We may provide a prepaid return label to return the defective product within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, that courier may schedule an appointment to reclaim the damaged merchandise within 8-10 business days.

 

Lost Packages

If your package is lost or delivered to an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue so that we can begin our investigation. Lost package investigations may take up to eight business days to complete. If we determine that the package was lost or mis-delivered, we will ship a replacement free of charge at the conclusion of our investigation. We may require a signature on packages delivered to an address that has previously experienced losses or thefts. If you need a replacement item before our lost package investigation is concluded, please contact us so that we can discuss your options.

 

Order Modifications or Cancellations

If you place an order in error, you may contact us to request modification or cancellation of that order. Such claims may take up to three business days to process fully. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes, but we may not be able to cancel or modify orders that have already been processed or shipped.

 

Refunds and Credits

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method you originally used to place the order. The amount refunded will include the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please note that depending on your credit card company, credits may take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your account.
